Richard Weber- Setting another North Pole Record

On March 3rd, Richard Weber and his son, Tessum Weber along with international adventurers, David Pierce Jones and Howard Fairbanks embark on a trek to the Geographic North Pole. The 750 km trek from northern Canada is the toughest trek on the planet.  This is Richard’s seventh full-length expedition to the North Pole and Tessum’s first expedition to the North Pole.   On April 14, 2010 they reached the North Pole in 41 days 18 hours 52 minutes.   They used 7SYSTEMS daily.

“It’s an amazing experience that is hard to describe in a few words. I think Howard best described it when he said : Some of the best moments are taken from the worst times.  Mother Nature throws everything possible at you; storms, negative drift, whiteout, thin ice, high winds, extreme cold. You name it, we survived it.  Our team was strong, we worked together well…during the last 5 days, we only slept 11 hours in order to best the southern drift and reach the Pole as expediently as possible.

With the support 7SYSTEMS provided our bodies during the expedition, I now want to start offering it to all the polar expeditions I train.  I really believe it makes a difference.”

7 Questions from 7SYSTEMS

1. What accomplishment are you most proud of in your athletic career?

RW: In 1995 my Russian friend and I skied from Canada to the North Pole and back to Canada with no outside assistance. It took 122 days. It is the only (verified) expedition ever to go to the Pole and return without outside assistance.

2. What is the best advice anyone has ever given you?

RW: Great things are done by a series of small steps brought together.

3. What motivates you to get up every day and kick your own ass?

RW: At my age I do not have to kick my ass – it comes naturally.

4. Who is the person you look up to most and why?

RW: Roald Amundsen. “Adventure is bad planning”

5. If you were stranded on an island what book would you want to have with you?

RW: A survival book!

6. What’s your favorite unhealthy snack?

RW: Nachos

7. What is the best restaurant you’ve ever been too and what did you eat there?

RW: Les Fougeres in Chelsea Quebec is my favourite restaurant.

Jen MacLean

After having H1N1 in the fall, Jen was looking for a supplement to help her meet the extensive demands of working full-time and training. Having heard positive things about 7SYSTEMS, and knowing several athletes on the 7SYSTEMS team, she decided to try it. Despite Jen’s daily exposure to germs and viruses at work,  she has been in perfect health since starting with 7SYSTEMS, and she couldn’t be happier with the effect that it has had on both her training and overall health.

Jen knows a lot about health.  After spending her high school years competing in multiple team sports, Jen went to Queen’s University, where she competed on the varsity cross-country and swim teams. It was during this time that she joined the triathlon club, and began to focus her athletic attention on triathlon. While in her third year at Queen’s, Jen accompanied a friend to a World University Games qualifying race, and ended up earning herself a spot. This first international exposure gained her entry to the National Triathlon Centre, where she remained  a resident athlete from 2000-2004. During this time she raced ITU events around the world, with results including 3rd place at Canadian Elite Nationals, 1st at University Championships, and ITU finishes as high as 8th. Jen twice qualified to represent Canada at Elite U23 World Championships, and was later a member of the Canadian National Development Team. After taking five years off of racing triathlons to do her Master’s and start her career as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Jen has recently returned to triathlon, and is training with Human Powered Racing in Victoria BC.

Simon Whitfield- World Class Triathlete, Olympian, Father

whitfield-podium3“Three Olympic Games, dozens of ITU races, a new baby and let’s face it, I’m not getting any younger…. but the competition is.  As an athlete I need to ensure that my body is in peak form for all of my races.  And, as a dad, I need to make sure that I have the energy to train as hard as before and still have energy to play with my daughter.  7SYSTEMS endurance sports supplement is the perfect supplement for my new life.  I am a pro at preparing for races but preparing for fatherhood was a whole other thing.  With 7SYSTEMS I’m ready for a couple of sleepless nights, hours at the playground and an intense 2012 training program!”

Simon has been a world-class athlete for over ten years. He is a three-time Olympian and has won both Gold and Silver medals for Canada.

Lauren Groves- Olympian

lauren1_vantriworlds“I’ll be the first to admit that I have always been a little skeptical about supplements. I have always been a believer that simply eating a nutrient-dense diet and eating the right foods at the right time was all that was necessary to perform at a high level in our sport. At the end of my 2007 season I decided to take a closer look at my diet and recovery nutrition as the Olympics were on the horizon and I want to be sure I have done absolutely everything in my power to be ready when I start that race. I had heard positive things about 7SYSTEMS from friends and training partners so I decided to test it out during my winter training block. It was a huge load of training so it really gave me the chance to put 7SYSTEMS to the test. Within a week of taking it, I started to notice differences in my recovery and energy levels. I have never been much of a morning person but I started to find myself more energized and motivated at the start of each morning swim. Plus, I managed to escape catching some colds that were lingering around this winter, which rarely happens when I’m training hard.”

“Thank you to 7systems for helping get me to the start line in Beijing healthy and ready to race. Now I am hoping it will help me heal faster. My disappointment in Beijing has only motivated me even more for London 2012. I look forward to working with 7systems to help achieve that goal.”

Lauren Groves is one of Canada’s most accomplished triathletes.  She is a National Champion and top five finisher at the World Triathlon Championships in 2006.  Her career is highlighted by being named and competing at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008.  After her spectacular crash in Bejing Lauren is focused on recovering and getting ready for London 2012.

“Between work, travel and family, making time for squash matches can be a challenge but it is something I work hard at as it really improves my outlook. Missing playing because of fatigue or illness is something I try hard to avoid so I started using 7SYSTEMS. It definitely made me feel better and I avoided getting sick. I ran out of 7SYSTEMS towards the end of the year and forgot to put in a new order with the birth of our newborn. Low and behold I got sick over the holidays. I remembered that I needed to get back on 7SYSYEMS and the team got me some more product really fast. I am back on it, feeling great and looking forward to my next match.”

Malcolm Howard

malcolm_nologoMalcolm Howard burst onto the international rowing scene in 2003 by winning the under 23 World Championships in the heavyweight 8 category. Malcolm has been one of the powerhouses of the Canadian National Rowing Team.  That’s what happens when you train as hard as he does, stand 6′6″ and weigh close to 260lbs.  Based out of Victoria, B.C. he has gone on to win numerous other World Championships and a Gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.  In fact, he has so much power that he snaps bike cranks on a regular basis.

Most recently Malcolm took gold in the men’s singles race at the National Rowing Championships in London, Ont.

“7SYSTEMS   has really helped keep my health in top form so I could come to the National Rowing Championships in top form this year.  It’s been a tough year for me after cracking my ribs.  So not getting sick as I quickly tried to get back into rowing shape has been paramount.  The great thing is that 7SYSTEMS co-founder Jasper Blake has also been helping me with my general conditioning with some fantastic bike rides around Victoria.  It’s great being recognized with my selection for the PRO TEAM!”

Malcolm is focused on winning at the 2012 London Olympics.

7 Questions from 7SYSTEMS

1. What accomplishment are you most proud of in your sporting career?

MH: Winning gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics!

2. What is the best advice anyone has ever given you?

MH: “Be persistent.” Harry Parker. Not a man for many words, be persistant was often the whole pre-race talk from our coach Harry when I was racing for Harvard University. A legendary figure in collegiate athletics, Harry was a master putting a lot of meaning in very few words.

3. What motivates you to get up every day and kick your own ass?

MH: My motivation is always to get stronger and faster. On those miserable days when I want to stay in bed, I remind myself that we train in any weather because we know our competition will stay indoors when it gets too cold or windy out.

4. Who is the person you look up to most and why?

MH: Jasper Blake. No really…I have always looked up to Silken Laumann. I have heard many stories about her determination and perseverance in her training and racing. She came back from several difficult injuries to still compete and race at a very high level. Not only that, she trained under my coach, Mike Spracklen, a grueling taskmaster who trains his athletes harder then anyone else in the world.

5. If you were stranded on an island what book would you want to have with you?

MH: Lord of the Rings, not just because it is so long.

6. What’s your favorite unhealthy snack?

MH: Mom’s homemade cookies, so good that you can’t only have one, or three, or four…

7. What is the best restaurant you’ve ever been too and what did you eat there?

MH: So many to choose from, but recently, I would have to say Camille’s in Victoria BC. We had the Chef’s tasting menu which was excellent, amazing seafood and beef fillet all in one meal.

Adam van Koeverden

Adam is one of Canada’s most decorated athletes and a true champion in the sport of Kayak. He first got international recognition winning a bronze medal in the K-1 1000m at the 1999 world junior championships in Croatia, and transitioned to the senior ranks quickly by winning a silver at the 2003 world championships in Georgia in the K-1 1000m. At the 2004 Summer Olympics Van Koeverden won two medals, including a gold in the K-1 500m and a bronze in the K-1 1000m. He was Canada’s flag bearer at the closing ceremonies and was later awarded the Lou Marsh Trophy as Canada’s top athlete of 2004. Since then he has gone on to win several World Championships and beat his own world record in the K-1 500m at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Despite spending a significant amount of time travelling the world as a Right to Play ambassador and breaking his ankle on a trip to the Grand Canyon earlier in the year, Adam was still able to claim bronze in the K-1 1000m at this year’s World Championships. Adam started using 7SYSTEMS several months ago after it was recommended to him by some fellow Olympians.

“I’m always skeptical about what supplements claim they can do, but I really like 7SYSTEMS. In fact I’m hooked. I’ve been using it now for over 3 months and I feel great. 7SYSTEMS helps me kick the jetlag I experience travelling for training and racing and is keeping me healthy…that’s exactly what I want my supplement to do for me.”

Erinne Willock

Erinne Willock is one of Canada’s top female road cyclists.  She has represented Canada at numerous world championship and international games including the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.  She currently races for both the Canadian National Team and Webcor, a professional womans team based in the USA.

Most recently, Erinne finished top 10 at the 2009 World Road Championships.  Erinne rode in the front pack, attempted several break-aways on the very tough 124km course and ended up in an incredible 7th place overall.  That’s and amazing finish considering she was competing against the best cyclists from around the world including the Swiss on their home turf in Mendrisio, Switzerland.

“With the help of 7 SYSTEMS I was able to recover from Mono and then continue my training regime which landed me with my best ever finish at the World Championships.  I believe it eliminated all the guess work in taking vitamins because 7 SYSTEMS provided me with all I needed in 1 package.”

Bill Logie

Bill Logie has been an athlete all his life.   A former semi-professional soccer player, Bill now packs adventure racing, run and snowshoe races, mounatin biking, Xterra events and kite boarding into his busy life.  He balances this ‘play time’ with his Bay Street career as a highly successful stock trader.  We are confident saying Bill is one of the most diverse athletes Ontario has to offer, and 2009 was one his best racing seasons ever.  As one of the longest users of 7SYSTEMS we thought it would be appropriate to congratulate Bill on an amazing season.
bill logie
“I never thought that as I turned 40 I would actually be getting stronger and stronger .  I started with a stellar snowshoeing season, setting a course record and beating one of my fiercest competitors in a 10km classic up and down the slopes of the Blue Mountains.  I then finished first and second in two running events and finished first in a Duke’s Epic 8 solo mountain bike race for my age (second overall, losing to a pro).  To top it all off, I had a great race at the Xterra World Championships in Hawaii, where I finished 13th out of 60 in my category on a gruelling course.

Throughout the season, I’ve felt my body recover each time I challenged it with a new workout or competition.  Most importantly, I never seemed to breakdown or get sick.  I’m confident 7SYSTEMS makes a big difference in my ability to stay healthy and recover by giving my body’s systems the support they needed.  7SYSTEMS works for me like no other supplement I’ve used before.  I am looking forward to what I can do as a 41 year old!”

David McGuire

image-thumb1
David McGuire has one of the most compelling stories we have ever heard. In 2005, David suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of blunt force trauma to his head. His brain started to swell so much that a large section of his skull had to be removed for 28 days causing him to have a massive stroke. As a result of this traumatic brain injury, David can no longer form new memories. Over the past few years David has done remarkably well despite this hurdle he has had to overcome. Doctors told him he would never walk or talk again yet he has defied those predictions and went on to run the Chicago Marathon and complete the Vancouver Triathlon. This year David is training hard in preparation for Ironman Canada 2009 in Penticton, BC on August 30th.

“7SYSTEMS has everything I need in one container. Could you find all the ingredients elsewhere? Probably. However you would have to spend a lot of time researching the ingredients and how much you need. As an athlete you have extra needs. These needs are not normally added to the ingredients list on the vitamins and supplements you find at the grocery store. They are prepared, and marketed for the averages. I am not average. 7SYSTEMS is more specific for the needs of someone who is pushing themselves hard physically, and I love how convenient the “one package daily” is. It makes things easy for me, and simplicity is one of the things I need in my life.”

Megan Brown

cd3a
Megan Brown is one of Canada’s top female middle distance runners with many road, track and cross country victories to her name in distances ranging from 1500m to 10km in the past 5 years. Megan has been the Canadian InterUniversity Women’s Cross Country champion in each of the past two years and was touted by many to have a good chance at making Canada’s Olympic team for 2008. However, in her build up to the 2008 Olympic Trials, Megan became very sick and was later diagnosed as having Lyme disease. As a result, Megan was forced to take many months away from competitive training and racing so that her body could recover from the illness.

“Unfortunately in 2008, I wasn’t able to achieve my dream of representing my country at the Olympics. When I returned to competitive running in the fall of 2008, I had to face the reality that my body was far from 100% – I struggled with low energy, slow recovery times and frequent infections that kept me from achieving the level of training and racing that I was accustomed to. I did some research on nutritional supplements to see if I could find a product that might help me overcome these issues and that’s when I found out about 7SYSTEMS. I discussed the product with my doctor and my naturopath and they both recommended I try it. I have been taking 7SYSTEMS for several months now and I couldn’t be happier with the effect that it has had on both my training and overall health. I feel like a new woman.

I have been able to get my health back on track and I am excited to make a fresh start in my quest for 2012. I have a pretty rigorous training plan with lots of attention focused on recovery, and a key part of that is 7SYSTEMS. So far everything is going to plan as I build back to my pre- Lyme disease fitness. The fact that I was able to run 15 minutes for 5k and win the Canadian cross country champs still boggles my mind given how my body felt one year ago. I am really keen to see what I can in the next few years.”

p4260136Kyle Jones is a member of Canada’s National Elite Triathlon Team.  He has numerous top 10 finishes in World Cup competitions and is one of the favorites to represent Canada at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.

“I’ve always tried my best to get all of my nutrient needs from the food I eat, but we all know it’s not always possible. So, this past winter I started experimenting with different vitamin supplements. I made a list of all the vitamins and minerals that I knew I couldn’t go without. Needless to say, it didn’t take long before I had a counter full of different products. It got a little confusing at times and certainly made it difficult to keep track of what I was taking and whether it was safe to use.

Then, just before we left for our National Team camp in Tucson, I got my hands on a container of 7SYSTEMS. I’ve been taking it for just over 6 weeks now and in this short time I have noticed a big difference in my recovery.  With 7SYSTEMS as a part of my daily routine, I know I am replenishing my body with all of the vitamins and minerals I need after a hard day of training.  Plus, all of the supplements are conveniently pre-packaged so there is no guessing as to what I need to take. This is especially useful for traveling, as there is no need for me to pack numerous bottles and containers when racing internationally on the ITU circuit.

I am very excited to be working with 7SYSTEMS in my lead up to the 2012 Games in London. They provide me with a safe, reliable product designed specifically for my needs as an endurance athlete.”

Adam Campbell- Sub 2:30 marathon runner

adam22“So everyone is looking for the magic formula – how do I get faster and what can I take to improve my performance? The answer to these questions is easy.  Train more and train faster.

However if you are going to buy into that little motto, then you need to make sure that you are recovering between sessions. I think it was the US marathoner and Olympic medalist Deena Kastor who said “there is no such thing as over-training, just under-recovering”. A key element to recovery is through diet. Anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot. How could diet not affect performance? It is the building block for your cells, muscles, bones, blood…As a hard training athlete, you are also more likely to leach essential nutrients and minerals from your body as you stress the system.

I have always enjoyed pursuing physical challenges, from Ironman racing to running marathons.  My new love and passion is mountain running. When I began training for the Jungfrau marathon, an uphill marathon with over 5000 feet of elevation gain, I knew that I would need improve my ability to recover if I was going to be able to handle the workload and stress of training for such an arduous event. I was fortunate enough to come across 7SYSTEMS at the beginning of my prep for this race and with the help of 7SYSTEMS I was able to complete my biggest run mileage ever, and proceeded to have the best ever finish by a Canadian at a mountain running world championships.

So if you care about your health and you care about your performance 7SYSTEMS is more than worth a shot.”

Ray Zahab- Legendary Ultra Runner

canada-at-south-pole“I’ve completed many multi-week expeditions before but I have never recovered as well, day after day, as I did on my way to the South Pole. 7SYSTEMS was integral in providing our bodies with the support they needed to complete this grueling expedition.”

In December 2008, three world-class adventurers, including ultra-runner Ray Zahab, legendary arctic explorer Richard Weber, and elite adventurer Kevin Vallely began a self-supported trek from Hercules Inlet to the Geographic South Pole; a distance of over 1,100km. With an existing record of 39 days and a goal of 40 days, they dragged sleds weighing over 170 pounds (73 kilograms) each, and arrived at the Pole on January 6th, 2009 in a new record time of 33 days 23 hours and 55 minutes. Their choice of supplement: 7SYSTEMS endurance sport supplement. Ray Zahab is a world renowned ultra marathon runner and adventurer. His story is as compelling as the adventures he undertakes.

Linda Wagar

linda-marathon1“In January 2008, I had an opportunity to try a product that is meant to help endurance athletes.  I have a body type that has a few issues, and I was intrigued by how this supplement was different from others, and how it might be of help to me.  My approach has always been preventative. When I set a goal, I like to achieve it, and feeding my body what it needs, and preventing issues is a fine balance. I had not run long distances in 2 years, and with my plans to run a marathon in May and a 50K endurance run in July, nutrition would have to be a priority in my life. As fate would have it, my diet was not the best in April & May.  My training surprisingly went quite well. I know the supplements helped me not only with stamina but with my recovery.  I was able to go beyond my physical limits, and the realization that there was no residual pain, no inflammation, and very little tightness.  This was my reward: in July I turned 50K into 53K and felt like I had gone for a nice long 6 ½ hour run. I attribute this to taking 7 Systems.

I recommend it for high performance athletes or for runners, like myself, who wish to make nutrition a priority no matter what sport they choose to embrace. My 51 year old body thanked me for taking in 7 Systems and rewarded me with a performance which was beyond my expectations. This former couch potato is happy and I can only imagine what I could do if I was disciplined enough to take them religiously every single day.”

Andrea Perego

andrea-perego-run_2“I began taking 7Systems when I was determined to make the most of my recovery time between two Ironman races and I have been taking them ever since.  I am not the fastest or the fittest triathlete out there, and despite my coach’s best efforts, I don’t always do my workouts the way I am supposed to.  I have been known to stack hard workout on top of hard workout and fill my days off with things like squash or just running around trying to get a thousand things done at once.  Despite all that, I still recover quickly and am ready for the next workout.  And I just don’t get sick.  I travel now and then for work and it is so easy to take along.  You just can’t argue with all of that.

Thanks for making a great product that is so easy to use.   I am a believer.”

Gord Henderson

I’ve often found it difficult to get the balance right between ‘fitness’ and ‘health’:  training for and racing endurance events, parenting a young child and stress from unpredictable work often left me feeling run down – even while I was fit enough to race well.  Although I thought that supplements would probably help with some of these problems, I was confused by the range of products on offer and concerned about using something with uncertain efficacy whose composition I didn’t understand.  7Systems addressed each of those issues:  it contains everything I need and nothing I don’t, and since starting to use it, I’ve felt healthier than at any point in the recent past.  I’m better able to juggle work, training and parenting, and have more energy and mental focus;  I’ve found that 7Systems does exactly what it claims to.

To be honest, I usually stay clear of supplements but 7SYSTEMS has created a product that is worth using. Prior to Ironman Canada I incorporated 7SYSTEMS into my nutritional arsenal and it helped me get through one of the toughest training regimens of my career. 7SYSTEMS is a great product. By offering a certified product in which I can be sure of its content, as well as a daily mix of the appropriate vitamins, minerals and anti oxidants, it allows me to train and race with confidence knowing that my body is getting what it needs without any risk of inadvertently ingesting a banned substance.”

There are certainly no negative side effects and I feel that my recovery has been really good and my training and racing has been very strong since starting on the supplement in April ‘07.”

Rich Pady – Ironman/Coach

pady-success-story“I started using 7 Systems about 4 months ago to keep my health in balance while I juggled the rest of my life. I’m a father of two young kids, I have coaching company, a personal training company and, oh I almost forgot, I was training for Ironman USA. After a winter of many colds and feeling run down I started using 7 Systems and since then I’m happy to say I have not had a cold. I feel stronger and more energized than in the past 4 years. In the past when my kids were up a lot at night it would hurt my training the next day but since starting 7 Systems I did many big training days on 4-6 hours of broken sleep. It was amazing how it helped to keep my body going and healthy and I love how easy and convenient it is to use. I’ve been in the sport of triathlon now for 20 years and I’m finding since being on 7 Systems my body is recovering better than ever before. I had a great race in Ironman USA and I am already back to training. I will not hesitate to recommend 7 Systems to all my athletes.”

Brad Cunningham – Ultra Marathoner

brad-in-water“The reason we train is to see if we can be better than our former self. In order to be better we need to do things differently than we have done before. For me, that was moving beyond just running all the time. I started to pay attention to the details that affect performance, like diet and recovery. 7SYSTEMS helped me become better.  I found the world of supplements to be confusing and expensive. The 7SYSTEMS team made that world simple for me. Everything I need is in one packet – simple, portable, and smart. Now I’m getting everything my body needs in order to be better than it was before, while saving money at the same time.  What I like about 7SYSTEMS is that it’s designed by athletes. These are people who have done what it is I am trying to do, and they have found a way to simplify the confusing world of supplements.   One packet per day, that’s it! And everything is covered.   The difference between average and good is training.   The difference between good and great is details. 7SYSTEMS has helped me take care of the details.”

Jordan Rapp- Ironman- Top Triathlon Cyclist

Measuring the efficacy of vitamins is a funny thing. It’s not like caffeine, where the effect is immediate, but short lived. The idea is that you want to slightly raise the overall functioning of your body consistently. Over the past month, I completed two and a half weeks of the most intense training I’ve ever done, in preparation for Ironman Arizona. I started taking 7Systems at the same time. During that time period, I had to occasional “off day,” as we all do, but I felt like I consistently recovered more quickly than I had in the past when taking on this sort of load, and as a result I was able to perform better during my key workout sessions. I believe that 7Systems was a definitive part of that. The convenience of not having to remember to take a variety of supplements was also very helpful; that may seem like a small thing, but simply having one packet that you open and take to get everything you need makes a difference when you have a lot going on.

Jordan Rapp is well known for his popular cycling and bike fit advice on the internet chat forum Slowtwitch, and has compiled 5 top 3 overall finishes at Ironman events in the past 3 years.

Tara Norton- Ironman

“As a professional Ironman triathlete, I spend a lot of my racing season traveling to races all over the world.  With the 7SYSTEMS packages, I don’t have to spend so much time gathering all my supplements as the convenient daily packages make it simple.  I started taking 7SYSTEMS before Ironman Austria and not only did I have increased energy for my training, but I achieved a personal best time in my Ironman, and my recovery has been perfect.  Because of the intensity of my training and the sheer number of hours that I train each week, my immune system is compromised.  7SYSTEMS helps to keep my immune system built up and prevents me from getting sick.  I am thrilled to finally find a sports-specific supplement geared towards endurance athletes.”

Tara has been one of Canada’s top and most consistent female Ironman athletes over the past 5 years with 10 top 5 overall finishes at Ironman events.  Tara also has an active physiotherapist practice and coaches several age group athletes.

Peter Oyler

oyler“Training for the RACE ACROSS AMERICA (RAAM) required that I spend an incredible amount of hours on the bike in order to make sure I was super comfortable with my bike. With week after week of high volume training and some intensity, I needed to supplement my vitamin and mineral needs. 7SYSTEMS endurance sports supplement made a noticeable difference in so many areas for me. It is a great supplement for those who have great nutritional habits and for especially for someone like me who is always on the fly and not a great cook! Our bodies need what 7SYSTEMS provides in order to keep going strong mile after mile.”

Peter Oyler finished 8th overall in the 2007 RACE ACROSS AMERICA.  He has started training for training for the 2009 race again.

Mike Greenburg

mike-greenberg“I must admit I was skeptical at first about the product but after about three weeks of using it I started to notice that I had higher energy levels (especially in the morning) and my recovery between workouts had greatly improved. However what really convinced me is when I ran out and was off the product for a couple of weeks. I became much more tired and was not recovering from workouts as well as before.. Now I am back on the product and feel great. I think because I have a hectic work schedule and don’t always eat properly; the product has been an important complement to my training and general well being. To me the ease of use of the product is a big advantage. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.”
Mike Greenberg was 3rd overall at the 2007 National Amateur Triathlon Championships and 1st at the 2008 Championships.  He is also an Investment Banker and soon to be father.
