Giving Back Policy

One of our mandates in starting this company was to ensure that proceeds from this product are used to help improve amateur athletics in Canada.  To that end we are supplying the product free of charge to appropriate athletes, and we have implemented a corporate policy requiring us to give a portion of the profits from the sale of 7SYSTEMS to various organizations.  We have also come up with a distribution plan that will allow us to share profits with the coaches who work with us, so that 7SYSTEMS can benefit sport on an individual, coach, and organizational level.  That way everyone wins.

Here’s how our Giving Back Policy works:
Within 90 days of the end of any fiscal year that Aspire records a net profit of $25,000 or more it will give a portion of that profit to a deserving person, which could be either: (i) an athlete, (ii) a national or provincial sports governing body, (iii) a non-profit sports related association, or (iv) a non-profit environmental group.

Where Aspire’s net profit for the year is between $25,000 and $50,000 it will give 1% of that profit (so between $250-$500) to deserving persons. Where Aspire’s net profit for the year is between $50,000 and $100,000 it will give 2% of that profit (so between $1000-$2000) to deserving persons.

Where Aspire’s net profit for the year is between $100,000 and $1,000,000 it will give 2.5% of that profit (so between $2500-$25,000) to deserving persons.  Where Aspire’s net profit for the year is more than $1,000,000 it will give 3% of that profit (so starting at $30,000 and going up) to deserving persons.

Within the 90 day period following fiscal year end the board of directors of Aspire will consider which deserving persons should receive the money depending on what the board feels will be the person/s who will put the money to best use.  Aspire reserves the right to develop further criteria for selection of deserving persons.
