Return & Refund Policy

ASPIRE NUTRITION INC. (“Aspire”) wants to ensure you are happy with the products you purchase.  As such, if you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation in a manner that is satisfying to you.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

Expiration Date

Aspire will accept the return of any of its products purchased from our online store for a full refund if the product has an expiry date on the label that is less than 2 months from the date of receipt of the product.  Please follow the instructions below for returning products.

Damaged Products

Should your 7SYSTEMS product arrive damaged we will gladly exchange that product for a new one.  Please follow the instructions below for returning products.

Lowest Price Guarantee

Aspire guarantees that you will not be able to purchase a product, or combination of products, that contain the same ingredients in similar dosages as 7SYSTEMS endurance sport supplement for $100 or less.  If you can purchase the individual ingredients so that they add up to within 90% of the dosage levels for 95% of our ingredients (with product/s legally available for sale in Canada), at a price less than our regular website price, just send us receipts for verification and once we verify your claim we will send you 2 months of 7SYSTEMS endurance sport supplement for FREE. 

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors.  If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.  Aspire will not accept returns of products purchased by minors.

RETURNING PRODUCTS OR GETTING A REFUND

We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on your purchase up to 30 days after your receive your order if you meet any of the criteria set out above, or on other individual circumstances.  To request a return or a refund, please email info@7SYSTEMS.ca with:

  • Your order details (date of order, product ordered, etc).
  • The specific reason for the return, and any supporting details.

Upon receipt of an email requesting a return, we will email you a “Letter of Exchange” to complete and return to us.  Return the item to our Toronto warehouse along with the Letter of Exchange and once we have determined your claim is valid we will either send you replacement product or refund the amount paid.  Please note that some credit cards may not reflect the refund on your credit card for up to 30 days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is expired.
