“I’ve always tried my best to get all of my nutrient needs from the food I eat, but we all know it’s not always possible. So, this past winter I started experimenting with different vitamin supplements. I made a list of all the vitamins and minerals that I knew I couldn’t go without. Needless to say, it didn’t take long before I had a counter full of different products. It got a little confusing at times and certainly made it difficult to keep track of what I was taking and whether it was safe to use.

Then, just before we left for our National Team camp in Tucson, I got my hands on a container of 7SYSTEMS. I’ve been taking it for just over 6 weeks now and in this short time I have noticed a big difference in my recovery.  With 7SYSTEMS as a part of my daily routine, I know I am replenishing my body with all of the vitamins and minerals I need after a hard day of training.  Plus, all of the supplements are conveniently pre-packaged so there is no guessing as to what I need to take. This is especially useful for traveling, as there is no need for me to pack numerous bottles and containers when racing internationally on the ITU circuit.

I am very excited to be working with 7SYSTEMS in my lead up to the 2012 Games in London. They provide me with a safe, reliable product designed specifically for my needs as an endurance athlete.”
